Makers of the Ultimate Portable Swing-blade Sawmills.
Turbosawmill is built on a simple idea: great machinery should be honest, efficient, and unmistakably original.
Our story begins long before the modern machines you see today. The designers behind Turbosawmill come from a lineage of sawmill innovators who helped shape the swing-blade industry itself. From early tube-frame concepts through multiple generations of experimentation, refinement, and real-world use, our designs evolved not by accident or imitation, but by deliberate choice.
At the heart of Turbosawmill is a distinctive monorail T-frame architecture. This form was never a default or a shortcut. It was a conscious design decision -one that balanced structure, accuracy, simplicity, and visual clarity. Across many years and many prototypes, there were countless ways the machines could have been built. The final form exists because it was chosen, refined, and protected as an expression of how a swing-blade sawmill should work and look.
That philosophy carries through everything we do. Turbosawmill machines are designed to minimize log handling, maximize recovery, and keep the operator in control. Unlimited log diameter, single-end operation, quick-change sharpen able blades, and straightforward automation are not marketing features—they are outcomes of a design process driven by practical sawmilling experience in forests, farms, and yards around the world.
We don’t chase complexity for its own sake. Our sawmills are intentionally mechanical, robust, and serviceable, with fewer moving parts and long-term support in mind. Every component is there for a reason. Every line in the machine has a purpose.
Today, Turbosawmill machines are operating globally—from small owner-operators to commercial producers—cutting everything from structural timber to wide live-edge slabs. While the brand continues to evolve, the core principles remain unchanged: originality, integrity of design, and respect for the craft of sawmilling.
Turbosawmill is not a copy of what came before. It is the result of decades of experience, design evolution, and a clear belief that good engineering can also be distinctive, expressive, and enduring.
That’s who we are.
