The PowerSaw by TurboSawmill marks the return of our original chainsaw swing-blade sawmill, now redesigned from the ground up to be cleaner, lighter, stronger, and more refined than ever.

More than a decade ago, the original machine—then branded Warrior—sold hundreds of units worldwide. It proved that a compact, chainsaw-powered swing-blade sawmill could deliver serious real-world capability. Now, after a complete redesign, the new PowerSaw builds on that proven foundation while introducing a streamlined aesthetic and an ultra-lightweight structure.

Approximately 90% of the PowerSaw structure is manufactured from aluminium. As a result, overall weight is dramatically reduced while strength and rigidity are retained. Anodized silver finishes protect aluminium components against wear and corrosion. Meanwhile, only high-load parts use mild steel, finished with a durable powder coat. All fasteners are stainless steel, ensuring long-term reliability in harsh and remote environments.

The PowerSaw chainsaw swing-blade sawmill marks the return of our original chainsaw-powered design, and this time we rebuilt it from the ground up. As a result, the new PowerSaw is cleaner, lighter, stronger, and more refined than ever.

More than ten years ago, we launched the original model under the Warrior name. It sold hundreds of units worldwide and clearly proved that a compact chainsaw-powered swing-blade mill can deliver serious performance. Since then, we have refined the concept. Today, the PowerSaw chainsaw swing-blade sawmill combines proven engineering with a streamlined aesthetic and an ultra-lightweight structure.

We manufacture approximately 90% of the PowerSaw from aluminium. Consequently, the sawmill stays light while maintaining excellent strength and rigidity. We anodize all aluminium components in silver to improve durability and corrosion resistance. Meanwhile, we use mild steel only where high loads demand it, and we protect those parts with a tough powder-coated finish. In addition, stainless steel fasteners throughout ensure long-term reliability in harsh environments.

The PowerSaw chainsaw swing-blade sawmill uses your own chainsaw (not included). You mount the chainsaw directly to the carriage, which instantly transforms it into a highly portable swing-blade sawmill. Because of this design, you can set the mill up almost anywhere, even over oversized logs in remote or off-grid locations.

The carriage weighs approximately 30 kg, so one person can handle it easily. Furthermore, the complete sawmill weighs around 150 kg, which makes both air freight and sea freight practical. For transport, the system breaks down into compact components. However, the beam remains the largest single part at about 60 kg, and it now delivers increased strength and durability compared with earlier designs.

The PowerSaw cuts up to 7″ × 7″ in a single pass or 7″ × 14″ in a double cut, while supporting logs up to 5 m long. Moreover, independent sizing at each end allows accurate and flexible cutting, even on uneven ground.
