Rental Rates

$250 setup fee
Includes delivery within 100 km and a 1-hour setup/demo

Additional delivery beyond 100 km: $1.50/km (round trip)

Hire rates (3-day minimum):

$400 per day

$2,000 per week

$6,000 per month (4 weeks)

Security deposit:

$2,000, payable at booking

Insurance & Responsibility

The Hirer is fully responsible for the equipment from delivery/collection until return and inspection, including loss, theft, or damage to the sawmill, trailer, and accessories.

🔧 Optional Damage Waiver

A non-refundable Damage Waiver Fee of 10% of the hire cost provides limited cover for minor accidental damage during normal use.

Not covered:

Loss or theft

Misuse, negligence, or improper operation

Failure to secure equipment

Transport or towing incidents

Major damage beyond normal wear and tear

Delivery & Collection

Charged at $1.50/km (round trip)

Minimum fee: $150 within 100 km round trip

Site must allow safe access for loading and unloading

Towing Requirements (if Hirer tows)

Tow vehicle must be legally rated and suitable

Driver must hold a valid licence

Sealed-road use only unless approved in writing

Indemnity

The Hirer indemnifies the Owner against any claims, losses, damages, or liabilities arising from use, operation, or transport of the equipment.

Return Conditions

Equipment must be returned clean, complete, and operational.
Additional charges may apply for cleaning, repairs, missing parts, or loss of hire time due to damage.
