Beam Wear Clips / Beam Rail Clips (Set of 32)

Protect and extend the life of your Turbosawmill aluminium beam with our Beam Wear Clips. These purpose-built aluminium clips securely hold a folded angle wear strip onto the top edge corner of your aluminium beam, creating a durable sacrificial running surface for long-term use. Each set is supplied with 32 aluminium clips, packaged in a bag and complete with countersunk rivets for installation.

What the Clips Do

• Secure a folded angle wear strip to the top edge of your aluminium beam
• Compensate for the small lip created by the wear strip by slightly raising and supporting it
• Create a replaceable wear surface to reduce beam wear over time

Wear Strip (Rail) Specification – Customer to Source Locally
We do not supply the angle rails. Customers must source these locally.

Recommended specification:

• 30 mm × 30 mm × 3 mm angle
• Imperial equivalent: 1.18″ × 1.18″ × 0.118″
• Material options: Mild steel, galvanised steel, or stainless steel

Length:

• Source the longest length possible to avoid joining sections
• Ideally full-length rails (for example up to 8 m / 26.2 ft if available locally)

Important Installation Note
The inner edge of the folded angle must have a sharp inside corner or very small radius.
If the radius is too large, the corner of your aluminium beam may need to be lightly ground to allow the angle to sit correctly.
The Beam Wear Clips are designed to lift and support the wear strip slightly so it seats properly and is securely retained.
