The Turbosawmill M10 manual swing-blade sawmill is a lightweight, highly efficient machine built around simplicity and precision. Its rigid single-beam monorail design provides open access to logs of virtually any diameter while keeping the carriage extremely easy to push, reducing operator fatigue. With an 10-inch swing blade, clean mechanical operation, and fast setup, the M10 delivers accurate, versatile timber cutting in a compact, fully portable package—ideal for owner-operators who value control, reliability, and ease of use.

What it cuts

10" × 10" beam, or double cut to 20" wide by sawing both sides of the blade.
14 ft (4.2 m) log cut length, extendable to 20 ft; longer again with the centre leg.
Logs to 4 ft (1.3 m) diameter, though any diameter may be sawn.
Manual feed, single-end vertical and horizontal sizing.

In the crate

One 5-tooth insert blade, tool, extra tips and sharpener. A drill of your own is required.
Turbo 25 hp engine, fitted and run-tested.
Two-year warranty on the mill framework and on the motor.

WALK AROUND IT

Drag the machine to turn it. The open side, the swing trigger and the sizing ends are the three things a photograph cannot show you, so they are marked on the model.

ISN'T THE CUT

FOUR POSTS, OR ONE BEAN

Conventional swing-blade mills push a heavy four-post rectangular assembly. The M10 rides a single central beam and carries a fraction of that mass.

IT'S THE CARRIAGE

On a manual mill the tiring part isn't sawing. It's accelerating, stopping and reversing the carriage, log after log, all day.

LESS INERTIA, LONGER DAYS

Lighter moving mass means the carriage starts and stops easily. The machine stops taxing the operator and the output holds up late in the day.

No servo motors · no hydraulic rams · no control electronics · no wiring loom to fail in the wet.

ANY

LOG DIAMETER

There is no outer frame to work around, so nothing sets a ceiling on the log. You adjust the feet to suit its size and work progressively through to the back of it.

That is the difference a monorail makes. On a twin-rail machine the frame width is the limit, and a log that won't fit is a log you turn away.

The open side is the same advantage from the other direction: with no rail in the way, boards come off the mill without being lifted over anything, by hand, by forklift or by loader.

PACK-DOWN

Two people, a set of spanners, and a roof rack.
The M10 comes apart into pieces a pair of hands can carry, which is what makes it a mill you take to the log.

LIFT THE ENGINE OFF

Unbolt the engine and its four mounting bolts. Most of the carriage weight leaves in one piece.

BLADE AND GUARD

Take off the blade and horizontal guard if you want the carriage lighter still.

CARRY IT OUT

Two people lift the carriage by its built-in handles, straight into a work tray or vehicle.

BEAM ON THE RACK

Unbolt the end frames, pull the chains, and the single-length beam goes on a roof rack.

MOVE AS ONE MACHINE
