Single End Upgrade Kit – PowerSaw M7

Upgrade your PowerSaw M7 from standard double-end sizing to a convenient single-end sizing system, allowing both horizontal and vertical sizing adjustments to be controlled from one end of the sawmill.

This is a comprehensive upgrade kit containing the major components required to convert your existing M7.

Kit Includes

• Internal drive shaft assembly that installs inside the main beam
• Replacement T-frame connectors for the lower cross section of the end frames
• 4 × replacement feet
• 2 × horizontal chain and tensioner assemblies
• 2 × sprockets
• 1 × lift chain
• 1 × lift gearbox with hand crank
• 2 × sizing dial assemblies — one horizontal and one vertical
• 1 × large hand crank for left/right horizontal adjustment

Once installed, the system allows you to carry out your sizing adjustments from a single end of the mill, reducing unnecessary walking between each end and making operation quicker and more convenient.

Shipping Size & Weight

The complete upgrade kit weighs approximately 30 kg / 66 lb and packs down into a relatively compact freight package.

The longer components are packed as two tube sections, each approximately:

Metric: 0.1 m × 0.1 m × 3.0 m
Imperial: approximately 4 in × 4 in × 9 ft 10 in

The remaining components are packed into a smaller box approximately:

Metric: 0.7 m × 0.7 m × 0.1 m
Imperial: approximately 27.5 in × 27.5 in × 4 in

Despite the number of components involved, the complete kit can be air freighted worldwide without requiring a large freight shipment.

For the simplest installation and best overall value, we recommend purchasing the Single End Upgrade Kit at the same time as your new PowerSaw M7. However, it can also be supplied later as an upgrade to an existing machine.
