Using intuitive joystick control, you can move the carriage left, right, up, and down with exceptional precision — accurate to within ±0.5 mm. Once your target size is set, simply press “go” and the system will return to the exact position every time, eliminating guesswork and manual adjustment.

One of the standout advantages is real-time automation during cutting. While passing through the horizontal cut, you can actuate the next horizontal movement before exiting the cut. By the time the blade flips into vertical at the far end, the machine is already positioned and ready to continue — creating a seamless, highly efficient cutting workflow.

Intelligent Sectioning Function

The system also features an advanced sectioning mode for wide cuts:

For example, with standard operation, on a 12″ horizontal cut, press “go” and the system positions the full width.

• Alternatively, press the section button once and it automatically moves to one-third width.
• Press again and it returns one-third.
• Press again and it completes the final pass.

This allows wide boards to be cut in three fast, controlled passes with exceptional accuracy.

The same logic applies to vertical cuts. If a deep vertical cut becomes difficult, the system can automatically raise or lower the blade in controlled one-third increments while cutting, maintaining smooth load and precise depth control.
