DEEP CUTS

MAXIMUM OUTPUT

The Turbosawmill M12, 12-inch cut automated swing blade sawmill combines commercial-grade performance with true mechanical simplicity. Built around a rigid single-beam monorail design, it offers open access to logs and timber while delivering smooth, reliable automation without electronics or complex hydraulics. With a powerful 12-inch swing blade, hydrostatic feed control, and one-operator efficiency, the M12 produces accurate, high-volume timber with minimal effort—making it an ideal solution for serious operators who want speed, versatility, and proven reliability in a fully portable package.

What it cuts

  • 10" × 10" beam, or double cut to 20" wide by sawing both sides of the blade.
  • 14 ft (4.2 m) log cut length, extendable to 20 ft; longer again with the centre leg.
  • Logs to 4 ft (1.3 m) diameter, though any diameter may be sawn.
  • Manual feed, single-end vertical and horizontal sizing.

In the crate

  • One 5-tooth insert blade, tool, extra tips and sharpener. A drill of your own is required.
  • Turbo 25 hp engine, fitted and run-tested.
  • Two-year warranty on the mill framework and on the motor.

Sold separately

  • Beam extension, centre leg, jockey wheel kit, dolly trailer, electric auto feed.

    WALK AROUND IT

Drag the machine to turn it. The open side, the swing trigger and the sizing ends are the three things a photograph cannot show you, so they are marked on the model.

    AUTOMATED

    NOTHING TO SHORT OUT

    A STOP, NOT A SENSOR

The carriage runs to the far end and a mechanical stop swings the blade back. No signal, no timing, no calibration.

A GAS STRUT, NOT A SERVO

The blade loads a gas strut in the horizontal position. That stored energy is what swings it.

    HYDROSTATIC FEED

Feed speed is continuous, with no gear changes, so the cut holds steady as the timber changes under the blade.

No servo motors · no hydraulic rams · no control electronics · no wiring loom to fail in the wet.

    24"

    WIDE, IN TWO PASSES

The M12 runs a 750 mm (29.5") blade for a 12¼" × 12¼" depth of cut. Double-cut horizontally, one pass out and one back, and it takes a slab 24 inches wide.

Roll the log between passes and the width stops being a limit at all. That is the live-edge and specialty-timber work a bandsaw mill is usually bought for, on a machine that also breaks a log down into dimensional stock.

The onboard weatherboard attachment widens the sequence further; start vertical and finish horizontal, or the reverse, whichever suits the log in front of you.

    BATCH CUTTING

One operator, cutting and stacking at the same time.
The machine keeps working through the log while your hands are full.

    01

    CUT EVERY VERTICAL

Run all the vertical cuts across the log in sequence, without stopping to clear timber.

    02

    RELEASE TOGETHER

Run all the vertical cuts across the log in sequence, without stopping to clear timber.

    03

    STACK WHILE IT CUTS

Run all the vertical cuts across the log in sequence, without stopping to clear timber.

    04

    REPEAT INWARD

Run all the vertical cuts across the log in sequence, without stopping to clear timber.

    MOVE AS ONE MACHINE

    STANDARD

    JOCKEY WHEELS

Heavy-duty ATV jockey wheels are fitted as standard. Lower the mill and reposition it around the yard by hand or behind an ATV.

    OPTIONAL

    DOLLY TRAILER KIT

The mill lowers onto the trailer frame and connects to a tow hitch at the far end. Setup and pack-down run 10 to 20 minutes.

    OR

    LIFT IT WHOLE

Pick the complete sawmill up with a loader and set it on a 30 ft gooseneck. Nothing comes apart.
